Our candies and chocolates are gluten free excluding our Chocolate Covered Grahams and Sandwich Cookies.

Our products are manufactured in a facility that contains tree nuts, peanuts, egg, milk, wheat, and soy. Please see the ingredient panel for more details.

Where can I buy Buddy Squirrel products?

You can buy Buddy Squirrel online at www.BuddySquirrel.com any time of day. You can also find Buddy Squirrel products at some retailers, like Sendik’s, Sentry Foods – Delafield, Layton Fruit Market, Half Nuts, and Fredricks Hallmark Stores.

How do I order Buddy Squirrel products?

Step #1:  Place your order online in our secure online store.

Step #2:  Enter shipping details

Step #3:  Checkout and pay via credit card (For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.)

Step #4: You’ll receive an email with your receipt.

Leave the rest to us. We securely pack up your goodies within 3-5 days.

Can I order online and pick up in Store? Curbside Pickup?

You can shop for your favorite Buddy Squirrel products online. Stay safe at home and we’ll ship them right to your door. From time-to-time, we do offer curbside pickup. If when you order online, it is not a selection for you for shipping, then we don’t have it at that time. It’s not a standard business practice for us and we do not have a drive through, so it will take more time.

Can I call in an order?

Currently, all orders must be placed online. We are just not set up for mail in or call in orders.

Why don’t you have all your products listed on the web?

Unfortunately, we just don’t sell all of our retail store products online. We do add new products from time to time, so be sure to check our website.

Shipping:

How will my order get shipped?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we take every precaution to ensure that your order or gift will arrive in excellent condition.

Orders will ship within 1-5 business days. (Our staff works Monday-Friday.)

Our shipping partner is UPS. Sorry we cannot ship to APO, FPO, AFB or Post Office Box addresses or non-US orders.

Will my candy melt?

We ship year-around from Wisconsin and provide temperature controlled ice packaging at no charge; available during warm weather months. During the warm weather months we recommend that you choose Next Day or Second Day Air for shipping. If a package is left on the porch in the warmer temperatures, it will warm up the package no matter how well we pack it up. We’re in Wisconsin and if your package has to travel a couple days via UPS, you’ll want to make sure it’s not left sitting out in the heat.

Why don’t you have FREE shipping?

We do rely on shipping via a partner and we’ve found the best quality and pricing with UPS. The shipping costs are calculated by UPS. Unfortunately, those are hard costs we have to pay. Our rich and creamy chocolates can have some weight to them, which is how shipping costs are calculated. From time to time, we have promotions that offer Free shipping.

WHERE CAN YOU SHIP TO?

We can ship to all US States except Alaska and Hawaii. Due to these products being perishable we don't ship Internationally at this time.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We are not delivered through Amazon Prime and cannot guarantee 2-day delivery. Although we try our best. We guarantee products to leave our facility within 3-business days (Monday – Friday).

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

Our shipping rates can vary depending on the size of the package, weight and location. It’s calculated by UPS. Currently, we offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 (Excluding Hawaii & Alaska).

Can I use a Senior Discount online?

Our in-store Senior Tuesdays are unfortunately not available online. Our system does not allow multiple promotions at a time and we’ve loaded up sales prices and special promos. The new promotions and sales are a far better value that the senior discount, so you’re still shopping smart.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Please contact our customer service team if you are not satisfied with the quality of our product. We will do whatever we can to make it right.  Email us at service@buddysquirrel.com.

Please excuse condensation if the ice melts in the package. This will not harm the product at all as they are individually wrapped. We do not refund broken bark…as that can happen and is a natural part of our product.

Return/Refund Policy

General Guidelines

  • We go to great lengths to ensure that all product(s) ordered are fresh, properly packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible.

  • We cannot guarantee products shipped in the months of May through September or anytime the temperature goes above 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • We are not responsible for melted items and will not provide refunds.

  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.

  • The appropriate refund will be provided to the buyer within 15 business days after receipt of product(s).

Product Damaged in Shipment

  • Product(s) damaged in shipment will be replaced at no cost to the buyer. Buyer may be required to assist us in filing a claim with UPS.

  • UPS claims must be approved before replacement is issued.

Incorrectly Shipped Product

  1. Incorrectly shipped product(s) will be replaced at no cost to the buyer as quickly as possible.

  2. The buyer is responsible for providing a valid shipping address. In the event that a product(s) is returned due to and invalid address, the buyer will be charged either:

    1. The cost of shipping

    2. An additional shipping charge to ship the product(s) to the correct address
